Hi my name is Sean and after many years of tasting and cooking curries especially growing up in Birmingham England where the BALTI was born I thought it’s about time that I shared my love and knowledge for them with you.

What do I want to give you, I would like to give you a one stop experience of many cultures curries,show you from cradle to grave how to make them and if you need to you can even purchase everything you need to make them from the ingredients to the utensils and any other equipment you require all from here.Whilst having some lovely food for you, your friends and family to enjoy and talk about.

Curries can be really exciting Simple and well worth sharing so Let’s get started by firstly travelling to India where many major influences have created many of our favourites dishes today.Then onwards to Thailand Indonesia and China to explore the exciting mouthwatering flavours of these special dishes.

    Sean,
    I have eaten Curry most of my life, around 65 years. My mom made a Shrimp Curry at least once a month. This is something I have to make on my own now, as nobody else likes it in my house.
    Having the right curry will make this dish great and a little spicy.
    Look forward to seeing some recipes here.
